Erica is a personal chef, recipe developer, and culinary instructor. She also writes The Fresh Letter, her newsletter all about kitchen tips and tricks. All her work is aimed at helping you get comfy in your kitchen.
What we do together
Abigail & Erica teach private cooking classes in person and over Zoom, develop recipes, and take on food writing projects together. When they’re not working, you can find them gossiping over chocolate chip cookies, streaming old episodes of Sex and the City, and taking walks along the Brooklyn waterfront.
